Melacare Cream (25g) is a prescription-based, triple-combination dermatological cream designed to treat melasma, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots. It combines Hydroquinone (skin lightening), Tretinoin (retinoid for cell turnover), and Mometasone (corticosteroid) to reduce melanin and promote smoother, clearer skin. It should be used with strict sun protection.
